Your Rights Pledge
This Mark is mine, or I have permission to use it. Every order requires this confirmation. Do not upload another brand’s emblem without permission.
Review before printing
Uploads are reviewed before printing. Artwork that appears to belong to another brand is held. If we cannot make it, we refund the order.
An illustration, not a stitch sample
The Workbench shows a digital preview. Fine lines, colours and placement can change in embroidery or patch production. Artwork must pass supplier review.
Delivery at launch
Planned delivery is 7-12 business days after approval. Supplier stock and shipping must be checked before launch. No owner test hat is made or shipped.
Remakes and refunds
Made-to-order hats are not returnable for a change of mind. A defective hat can be considered for a remake or refund. Send a photo and describe the fault using your order contact.
Private designs
Your drafts and original uploads stay in this browser. They are not backed up to an account. Export saved designs before clearing browser data. Owner test checkout stores delivery details and a reduced artwork preview privately.
